We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including bank and credit card transactions, and recording journal entries in the client's QuickBooks Online.

Compensation : $23 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Download bank and credit card statements
- Download and code bank and credit card transactions into QBO for clients
- Reconcile bank and credit card and loan accounts
- Record journal entries for depreciation
Qualifications :
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems
- Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
