We are looking for a technical Project Manager (m / f / d)

Project description :
All the requests come to us from 5 different sources : SAP PGC, P81, Ariba, mail, and via an Excel file that we share with Procurement Business partners.
Checking every day all those sources is really time-consuming. The aim of the project is to create a tool that pulls out info from the systems (starting from SAP and Ariba), creates a report that can be modified, and pushes back the info into the different systems.
Task (performed independently) :
- Develop and present a comprehensive project initiation document that outlines the project's scope, objectives, stakeholders, and timelines based on own expertise and the specifics of the project that will be shared in advance.
- Preparing and conducting kick-off meetings to steer the project team and stakeholders on the project goals and expectations.
For this, it is needed to understand all the process steps, from the beginning to the end. Update the Weekly status reporting for Project Owners documents that are discussed in the weekly meetings and in the SteerCo.
The number of kick-off meetings is not defined yet.
- Translate business requirements into project deliverables and check they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitating collaboration between procurement and IT teams so that the technology solutions meet business needs.
- Report project progress, risks, and issues to the Procurement Steering Committee (PSC) and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Report every week.
- Create and maintain project dashboards or reports that provide visibility into project status for all stakeholders.
- Appear clearly as an external consultant of the client whenever interacting with external parties.
Skills :
- Excellent project management skills, with a certification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being advantageous.
- Experience with agile delivery and formulating requirements as user stories.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate the project team and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Procurement Environment beneficial.
- Knowledge around SAP PGC, ARIBA, P81 beneficial.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and the dynamic nature of project work.
