Responsibilities :

Bring the Café experience and our brand to life by helping tocreate an inclusive environmentwhere all customers and team membersfeel welcome

Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas ofthe Café whether you’rehelping people with tech challenges, showingoff our cool services and products, or having deeperconversationsabout their financialjourneys

Guidecustomers through goal setting by meeting them where they are andadvocating for betterfinancial literacy through discovery andCapital Oneresources

Be a team player and work with an energized team of Ambassadorshelping to inspire teammatesas they inspireyou

Stay curious, adaptable and have a desire to learn and grow throughself development

Continually learn new digital and technicalskills

Partnerwith local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagementteam to plan events both inside and outsideof the Café

Volunteer within the community and be an advocate for financialliteracy

BasicQualifications :

• High School Diploma, GED, or EquivalentCertification
• Atleast 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Serviceexperience

PreferredQualifications :

• Associate’sdegree
• 2+ yearsof Retail or Customer-facingexperience
• Proficient inG-Suite
• Strongwritten and oral communicationskills

Theminimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role arelisted below, by location. Please note that this salary informationis solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of theselocations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to payat the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will beprorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularlyworked.

Washington :

$55,016 -$55,016 for Cafe Ambassador

Candidates hiredto work in other locations will be subject to the pay rangeassociated with that location, and the actual annualized salaryamount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will bereflected solely in the candidate’s offerletter.
