Job Summary :
ATC Philadelphia is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis.
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our patients, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Job Details :
- Shifts Available : 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM
- Type : Geriatric
- Hours : 32-40 per week
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a full-time hourly position with a compensation of $21 per hour.
Pay will be issued weekly.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement planning options.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake and output, and other important health information
- Assist with mobility and transfer of patients as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by helping with cleaning and organizing patient rooms
- Communicate any changes in patient behavior or health status to the nurse in charge
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements :
- Active certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a CNA preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
