Full-Time Gynecologic Oncologist Opportunity - Louisiana

Join a well-supported gynecologic oncology program in a collaborative, all-women hospital setting. This position offers a balanced mix of oncology and general gynecology, strong surgical support, and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary cancer care team. Located in a welcoming community with rich cultural offerings, this role combines meaningful work with an excellent quality of life.

  • Collaborative Multidisciplinary Practice : Join a team that includes a Medical Director, gynecologic oncologists, APPs, and specialists in medical and radiation oncology, genetics, palliative care, and tumor board participation
  • Balanced Schedule : Monday-Friday with 2-3 clinic days and 1-2 OR days weekly; light 1 : 4 call rotation
  • Diverse Case Mix : Includes ~60% oncology and ~40% general gynecology, with patient ages 15+
  • Advanced Surgical Technology : Access to three da Vinci Xi robotic systems and a specialized OR support team, including residents, techs, and a first-assist PA
  • Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits : Generous base salary plus productivity and quality bonuses, up to $100K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan support through PSLF, PTO, CME allowance, health benefits, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana
  • Comfort with a mix of oncology and general gynecology cases
