Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Emergency Room Nurse at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, administering medications, implementing appropriate medical interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Emergency Nursing, Nursing, and Critical Care Medicine skills
- Experience in emergency medicine and patient care
- Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (tuition reimbursement availabke for ADNs)
- Current RN license and BLS certification
