Title : Clinical Applications Senior Project Manager
Location : Hybrid (80% Remote, 20% On-site)

Our client is seeking a Senior Clinical Applications Project Manager with Epic experience who will manage multiple, concurrent large IT projects for our client, one of the nation's top healthcare institutions.
Project management experience with Epic ambulatory, inpatient, and Epic Security as well as other clinical applications is required.
Key Accountabilities :
This position will manage clinical applications projects for Epic ambulatory, inpatient and Epic Security as well as other recently approved projects.
This role is for a Senior PM who :
Exhibits advanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools and practices.
Demonstrates proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.
Communicates effectively with project staff and stakeholders.
Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills.
Demonstrates ability to manage advanced level projects and to coach other team members.
Manages 8 to 15 project staff members.
Is involved in some leadership activities.
Orchestrates large-scale and complex technology implementation, migration, and upgrade projects throughout their lifecycle, overseeing all project stages from initial planning to initiation, execution, and closure, including Epic EHR and Epic Outpatient upgrades and integration.
Supports strategic planning alongside the executive team, ensuring technology is aligned with and supports the overall business strategy.
Leads technical discussions with both business and technical stakeholders' enterprise-wide to identify requirements and ensure solutions align business and technology needs.
Directs teams across all project stages from initial planning to deployment, developing plans and schedules, establishing priorities, and allocating resources to facilitate delivery.
Navigates multifaceted negotiations and integrations with new service partners and technology vendors.
Required Skills :
PMP - Project Management Certification preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Eight+ (8) years' experience as a project manager in IT project management with increasing responsibilities.
Healthcare experience required.
Epic experience strongly preferred.
Understands and complies with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards.
