Overview

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy in the mortgage process? Our team at Arbor Financial group looking for a Mortgage Doc Drawer / Funding Specialist to join us!

What You'll Do :

  • Prepare and review loan closing documents with accuracy and compliance in mind
  • Coordinate funding of mortgage loans in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with internal teams, title / escrow companies, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
  • Maintain compliance with investor and company guidelines
  • Support the team with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in mortgage loan doc drawing and / or funding
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, compliance, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
