Digital Marketing Specialist
Tactical Distributors (TacDis) is a premium tactical apparel & gear store. We curate a unique selection of products, equip our customers with mission & lifestyle relevant top-tier brands, gear, and a memorable experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for the paid search and paid social media programs to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and grow our customer base.
This role needs a diverse skill set to succeed in driving effective strategies, managing spend, engaging audiences, and achieving business objectives.
This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA and the salary will be $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement paid search and social media campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and generate leads Contribute to social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms to build brand awareness and loyalty Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools Collaborate with the creative team to design and launch digital advertisements and campaigns Utilize marketing research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications : Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Photography skills a plus Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas Self starter, willing to identify creative opportunities and execute them Benefits : Competitive salary Medical, dental, disability and life insurances Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Fun and supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement Powered by JazzHR
