Description :
- This role is dedicated to completing control CTR-54897, the ECRS - TCPA Governance Assessment Review, by conducting TCPA Governance assessments within all TCPA-impacted Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Responsibilities include verifying that procedures, workflows, and controls are free of compliance gaps and sharing assessment outcomes with the Enterprise Privacy and Technology Office (EPTO) and TCPA legal counsel.
- Assessment evidence is reviewed, and any resulting observations are documented in a tracker stored on the Enterprise Consumer Rights Solutions (ECRS) SharePoint site.
- Observations from each assessment are reviewed with the working group to determine necessary remediation actions.
- Decisions on observations by the working group are documented in meeting minutes and within the tracker, both of which are maintained on the ECRS SharePoint site.
- Where an LOB lacks a documented workflow, this data analyst will collaborate with the LOB to develop one as part of the assessment observations.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a financial or regulatory institution.
- At least 2 years focused on compliance, risk, or privacy.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with TCPA and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and products.
- Background in Contact Center management or process optimization.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with an ability to deliver timely results and analytically assess the Line of Business scope and TCPA impacts.
- Proven experience and skill in creating and delivering presentations to bank leaders and key stakeholders.
