About the Role :
Neroli Med Spa is seeking a part-time Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a significant impact on the growth of our business.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Create and manage social media content and advertising campaigns
Assist in organizing and promoting special events and promotions
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for expansion
Requirements :
Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
