What You'll Do :
As an integral part of the inpatient rehabilitation team, you will :
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs What You'll Need :

- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Kansas
- Current CPR / BLS certification
- Preferred :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Previous experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting
