Review merger and acquisition agreements from an insurance risk perspective.

Uncover, isolate, and quantify pre-and-post-closing liabilities.

Verify that liabilities assumption is accurate and based on agreements between parties and stakeholders.

Validate liabilities offsetting assets and lender insurance requirements.

Analyse corporate control change risks.

Review final insurance and indemnity provisions.
