We are the only Level III NICU in Chester County and staffed with neonatal specialists 24 hours day. We have state of the art advanced technology to support our newborns and 14 Licensed Beds with the capability to hold 20 babies.
Responsibilities : Assist the NICU physicians in medical procedures and treatmentsUse and adjust specialized medical equipmentFormulate nursing plans and evaluate the effectiveness of treatmentsComfort sick newborns and anxious parents and family membersOffer support to parents and educate them on the at-home care of their newbornRequirements and skills : Proven work experience as a NICU Nurse or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to offer emotional support to parents, guardians, and family membersWorking knowledge of NICU specialized equipmentExpertise in working with a teamExceptional ability to offer comfort to ill newbornsRelevant training and / or certifications as a NICU Nurse
