What you'll do...
The FinTech OE Team exists to drive meaningful change to how Walmart's Finance Technology Team operates. We aim to create a more predictable and accurate Finance Technology environment that fosters trust through transparency with our business partners while growing our understanding of our dependencies both upstream and down.
About Team :
Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE).
We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics.
From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.
What you'll do :
- Be an integral part of the FnTech OE Team driving Operational Excellence with the Finance Technology Teams for the biggest retail in the world.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other Program Management leaders to effect change at scale.
- Lead, manage, and collaborate with other teams across Walmart Global Technology focused on operational excellence.
What you'll bring :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on medium- to high-complexity programs.
- Strong knowledge of tech and finance industry standards related to change and incident management practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to model Walmart values and foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
- Experience working with the executive leadership team is preferred, but not required

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
- Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2 : 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...
Certification in Project Management., Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
