Key Responsibilities :
Deliver Personalized Therapy :
Conduct one-on-one and group occupational therapy sessions to address students' individual needs and goals.
Develop Individualized Plans :
Create and implement customized occupational therapy plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
Collaborate with School Staff :
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy interventions, fostering a supportive environment for students.
Maintain Detailed Records :
Keep accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions to facilitate informed decision-making and ongoing assessment.
Requirements :
To succeed in this role, candidates should have :
OT Certification :
Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) is required, with a valid state license to practice in Georgia.
Experience and Skills :
Previous experience working with special needs students in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
