Job Summary : As a CustomerService Representative at ACo you will be the first point ofcontact for our valued customers.
You will play a crucial role inproviding excellent customer service resolving inquiries andensuring a positive customer experience.
Your primaryresponsibilities will include answering customer calls respondingto emails and assisting with various customer servicetasks.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email andchat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customersregarding products services and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently andeffectively.
- Document customer interactionsand maintain detailed records of inquiries comments andcomplaints.
- Assist customers with productorders returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate withother departments to address and resolve customerconcerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensuretheir issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the serviceprovided.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledgeand company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriateteam members.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; collegedegree preferred.
- Proven experience in acustomer service role preferably in a call center or similarenvironment.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail.
- Ability tohandle stressful situations and difficult customers withprofessionalism and patience.
- Proficient inusing customer service software databases and tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage timeeffectively.
- A positive attitude and a teamplayer mentality.
