3+ Years of Experience - Required Telemetry Experience (able to read telemetry strip and document on them) - Required BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required IL RN License - Required Competent in managing MedSurg / Telemetry type drips - Heparin, Cardizem, etc - Required Knowledgeable of care for post-op knee replacement and post-op hip replacement care - Required Must be covid vaccinated.
