We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Business Insights & Technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing models and analytics that provide actionable insights, specifically tailored to improve sales performance.

This role requires a professional who can collaborate closely with business partners to identify and define insights that drive impactful business decisions and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in data science, machine learning, and analytics to transform data into strategic assets that support the organization's sales goals and initiatives.

Role Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to generate actionable insights for the sales organization.

Perform complex data analysis using statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can drive sales strategy and performance.

Work closely with sales and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Implement and maintain ML / Ops processes to ensure the smooth operation and scaling of machine learning models.

Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, focusing on actionable insights for the sales team.

Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis and reporting.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, artificial intelligence, and ML / Ops practices to continuously improve model accuracy and performance.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Identify and explore new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance the organization's ability to generate insights and drive sales growth.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.

Strong understanding of ML / Ops principles and practices.

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI or similar.

Proficient in python & SQL.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Expertise with Databricks & MLflow.

Working knowledge of Snowflake.

Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Proven experience as a cross-functional technical lead, coordinating efforts across different teams and disciplines.

Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices.

Experience with data governance and compliance regulations such as GDPR.

Working understanding of LLMs & RAG solutions.

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and stay current with industry trends.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communications and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Interest in understanding business processes, customer needs and market dynamics.
