Lake Tahoe Eye Care Optometry, Inc. features three fully-equipped exam lanes and utilizes state-of-the-art vision care technology to diagnose and treat a wide array of eye diseases.

The practice is well-appointed with automated optical equipment and behind-the-scenes functional technology, including autorefractors, auto-lensometers, retinal camera, Humphry Matrix, and additional technology.

Cloud-based technology manages electronic health records and tracks patients' eye health and changes over time. The staff is able to support the doctors and perform pretesting and contact lens fittings.

Patients enjoy a family-friendly experience as they shop a wide selection of eyewear from leading designers-plus, the Optician provides personalized support to help patients select the proper frames tailored to medical needs and fashion preferences.

About the Optometrist Opening

Lake Tahoe Eye Care Optometry, Inc. is seeking an Optometrist passionate about providing personalized vision care and genuinely cares about the patient experience.

You'll provide full-service professional eye care to patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions. The practice is open from 9 : 00 a.

m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday-patients are scheduled on the half-hour-an hour lunch break is provided. The practice is looking for a hands-on Optometrist with comprehensive clinical skills, comfortable working independently, and spending quality time with patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with other experts in a supportive environment where you'll be empowered to bring specialties and new perspectives to an established practice.

In addition, future practice and building ownership may be available for the right Optometrist.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety.

In addition, the ideal candidate will want to develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors continuously and be willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

Minimum qualifications include :

• Optometry license in the state of California
• Additional specialty training
