Licensed Insurance Agency Sales Producer Garland
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. You will be part of a team helping grow sales in the agency office offering products people need for security and peace of mind.
You will pursue and respond to requests and needs of prospective and current clients. You will train to act as a consultant for families and businesses, evaluating needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
Responsibilities
Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established with your Agent
Prospect and generate new business from agency provided leads and referrals
Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain client retention and product loyalty
Follow up to assure satisfaction with inquiries, sales and solutions to problems
Maintain knowledge of new products and changes in coverages for clients
Requirements
Work in a Farmers Insurance Agency Office : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 to 5 : 30 pm
Possess active TX General Lines or Personal Property & Casualty Insurance license
Active General Lines Life, Accident & Health license is preferred but not required
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Great customer service skills.
Pass a background check that covers state, Federal and County Criminal History.
