Our client's Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate to join their team in either Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to navigate patent laws and strategies, draft patent applications, and prosecute patents before the USPTO.
The ideal candidate will have :
- 5-8 years of patent prosecution experience, with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent, and USPTO admission.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, communication skills, and a dedication to client service are essential.

Salary Information :
- Chicago, IL : Anticipated annual salary range of $300,000 - $350,000
- San Francisco, CA : Anticipated annual salary range of $300,000 - $350,000
