Join the Work Authorization Compliance team in a newly created Director position. The Director of Work Authorization Compliance for Gig Work is a strategic thought-leadership role supporting strategic initiatives related to Spark platform growth and regulatory changes.
The successful candidate will have a strong compliance background, working with Legal and business leaders on platform eligibility compliance.

What you’ll bring...
A demonstrated ability to :
Understand complex legal and compliance principles
Build relationships and programs from the ground up
Understand onboarding and offboarding processes for independent contractors
Leverage data and monitoring to understand risk and drive process improvements
Strong communication skills
You’ll sweep us off our feet if
You have a JD and / or experience working closely with legal partners
Experience building compliance programs
You understand indicators of employment relationships
You understand work authorization in the US
