Swoon is hiring a Loan Specialist for our top client in Billings, MT!
- 1 year contract
- On site in Billings, MT
- Hours : M-F 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Benefits available : Medical / Dental / Vision
- Looking to hire ASAP
Who is the client I would be working with?
A leading financial company ranking 16th in largest total assets for commercial banking providing a combination of sector expertise, local knowledge and mid-market focus throughout the U.
S. and provides a broad range of personal banking products and solutions through over 650 branches
What will I be doing in this role?
Provides accurate and timely processing of service requests, transactions, activities, etc. within relevant service level agreements and in accordance with established policies, processes and procedures.
Checks and reconciles information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data enters, reviews and verifies loan information and documentation for processing and / or further handling.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.
What is required?
- Previous experience processing and interpreting loan / lending documentation
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, excel)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
What would be nice?
- Previous experience with commercial lending
- Previous experience working with BMO systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher
