Who We're Looking For :

• A degreed accountant (CPA or CMA preferred) with 15+ years of experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and projects.
• Proficiency in financial software and strong analytical abilities.
• A passion for accuracy and a commitment to following policies.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support plant operations.
• Oversee financial internal controls and ensure accurate financial data.
• Lead the month-end closing and financial reporting process.
• Collaborate with operations personnel on cost calculations and inventory management.
• Be a member of the plant management team.
