Overview

Intellibright, a high-performance digital marketing agency and Google Partner, is seeking an experienced SEO Contractor to lead technical and content-focused SEO initiatives across client websites. This role is ideal for someone who is part strategist, part problem-solver—able to identify technical challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and execute hands-on optimizations.

You'll work directly in WordPress, leverage industry-leading SEO tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including content, development, and strategy—to improve organic visibility, site performance, and rankings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate technical insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO : Audit websites for crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, and other technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve SEO errors, including broken links, canonical issues, and redirect chains
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and taxonomy for maximum crawl efficiency
• Implement structured data and ensure compliance with Google guidelines
• Drive Content SEO : Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify organic growth opportunities
• Develop content briefs and optimization recommendations to improve visibility
• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema, and internal linking
• Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices
• Analyze & Report : Monitor organic performance, traffic, and engagement using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools
• Provide actionable insights to improve rankings, visibility, and user experience
• Develop SEO roadmaps based on business priorities
