As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient revenue cycle management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the billing processes, managing accounts receivable, and identifying discrepancies to enhance accuracy in patient billing.

Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams, you'll analyze data to optimize collection strategies and streamline workflows.

You'll set performance metrics, conduct regular audits, and develop training materials for staff to ensure adherence to best practices.

Additionally, you will engage with key stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, providing insights that drive process improvements.

Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you identify trends, implement solutions, and maintain high standards of integrity throughout all financial transactions.

What matters most

Candidates should possess a robust skill set complemented by relevant experience. A minimum of five years in revenue cycle management is essential, with a strong focus on DSO experience to navigate the unique challenges in the dental industry.

Proficiency in medical account management (MA) is also crucial to effectively manage patient accounts and billing processes.

Strong analytical skills will empower you to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions. Communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency in operations.

Additionally, familiarity with revenue cycle management software and tools will enable you to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
