Job Summary
As a Hospice Registered Nurse, one coordinates patient care with a patient-centered approach and evaluates health responses.
They craft care plans and track patient progress.
Qualifications
BSN degree required
Two years relevant work experience in Hospice or Home Health required
Must be a registered nurse. Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
