Key Responsibilities

Apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to Customer Service

Monitor data integrity and create production-related reports

Required Qualifications

Measurable experience in technical operations

Experience in workflow planning

Data analysis and reporting skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
