Benefits :Sensigreen Heating, Air and Insulation is seeking a qualified sales representative to help market products and services that our wonderful customers rely on.
The sales representative will have a strong understanding of a professional sales process and excel at generating leads, utilizing high-quality provided leads, building relationships, networking and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
With a wide variety of products, services, and potential customers, Sensigreen representatives must consistently demonstrate both an outgoing personality and expert professionalism.
Candidate must be a self-starter who thrives in an unlimited commission environment with full support from a successful organization.
Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience in HVAC and Insulation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions in the field
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is not required
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- Ability to travel when needed on time to customer events
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more when needed
- Clean driving record
This is a commission only position with unlimited earning potential
