We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to service the Mesquite ISD area!

OVERVIEW : The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
  • Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs, traveling up to 50% of the time within the area.
  • Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the c ompany and available positions.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
  • Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE :

  • Working Hours : Monday-Friday hours vary per needs of the business
  • Travel Required : Up to 50% of the time within Mesquite ISD school district paid for by company
