Human Resources Generalist - plant level

HR Generalist needed for our clients manufacturing plant. This position will lead the HR function for a (200) employee, non-union plant and report to the Corporate HR Director (based out of state).
Requirements :
- Must have at least (3) years of human resource generalist experience including employee relations strategy and execution,
- Identify and implement performance improvement processes, reporting and analytics,
- Program administration

- Provide support in the administration of the workers compensation program and payroll for the plant along with general HR administrative duties
- This role will also be the primary HRMS system administrator - experience working with software tools such as Oracle, Access and Excel.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required
