The firm is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to elevate their career in a challenging and rewarding legal environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters independently.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and contracts.
• Conducted depositions, mediations, and hearings, and represented clients in trials and arbitration.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies and case plans.
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the overall case strategy.

Qualifications :

• 3-10 years of commercial litigation experience preferred.
• Must be bar licensed in MA and in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
