On Call Counsel is seeking a talented associate with 3 7 years of experience in estate planning and administration to join its client's esteemed firm in NY.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in sophisticated drafting, asset protection, and wealth transfer techniques.
- Prepare gift tax returns and estate tax returns (experience is beneficial).
- Manage probate administration tasks (experience is a plus).
- Assume significant responsibility for client matters, including direct client contact.
- Collaborate with high net worth clients on complex drafting projects.
Qualifications :
- 3 5 or 5-8 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- An LLM in estate planning or tax is preferred.
