Schedule : Flexible, up to 40 hours per week

You choose!! Either full time on site or part time on site and part time Telehealth.

20 hours per week must be on site at the facility.

Setting : Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location : PioneerCare - Fergus Falls, MN ()

Pay : $32 to $53 per hour

Qualifications :

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
