Dallas, TX based client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal Injury law, particularly in handling car wrecks and 18-wheeler accident cases.
Role and Responsibilities :
Handle all aspects of litigation for personal injury cases, from inception to resolution, including but not limited to car wrecks and 18-wheeler accidents.
Serve as the lead trial attorney, conducting trials, pre-trial motions, and hearings.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and ensure their needs are met.
Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, depositions, and requests for production.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
Work closely with paralegal and collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
Exhibit a proactive approach to case management, anticipating issues and taking initiative to resolve them.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury law, with significant trial experience.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong research and analytical abilities, and excellent negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle trials, pre-trial motions, and hearing effectively.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school. Member in good standing with the state bar.
Salary : $75K - $250 K+ Bonus
