S. market. Role : Product Manager Key Responsibilities : Drive the product lifecycle from ideation, market research, development, to launch and beyond.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to craft and execute product strategies that meet business objectives.
Utilize market analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape, informing product direction and features.
Clearly articulate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and commitment. Use performance metrics and feedback to guide continuous product improvement and decision-making.
Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within product teams, promoting excellence in every aspect of product development.
Requirements : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in product management, showing a track record of successful product development and launch.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication across diverse and dynamic teams.
Leadership qualities, capable of motivating cross-functional teams and driving them towards common goals. Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities for learning.
