HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Mission Readiness Training Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate training programs for Mission Readiness personnel. In this role, you will coordinate training to keep Mission Readiness personnel current on procedures and partner with leadership to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams and shifts. The ideal candidate has direct experience in the AV space, with a strong background in leading training and onboarding programs. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Mission Control Leads, Project Managers, and Instructors to improve training program efficiency and throughput.
- Assist with the coordination and facilitation of training plans, including schedules, classroom sessions, hands-on training (real or simulated), and progress tracking.
- Act as a point of contact for instructors, ensuring alignment on procedures, conducting instructor training, and auditing instructor performance.
- Identify risks, develop mitigations, and report on training program throughput.
- Assist in creating and standardizing training materials (decks, assessments, documentation) to ensure uniform instructions across shifts and sites.
Requirements

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be available to candidates who are local to the Miami, FL area.
