• Professional Image : Maintain a professional image that reflects the elevated guest experience while balancing the vibrant atmosphere, ensuring a cohesive representation of our brand.
• Guest Engagement : Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and provide recommendations tailored to their preferences to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Service Excellence : Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that each course is presented beautifully and meets our high standards.
• Menu Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to offer insightful recommendations.
• Upselling : Utilize a guest-centric approach to upselling, suggesting additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks in a way that enhances the overall dining experience.
• Table Management : Ensure tables are well-maintained, addressing any guest needs promptly, and clearing plates and glassware efficiently.
• Promotions : Be an active participant of marketing programs to successfully deploy and implement selling strategies to attract and retain guests, including but not limited to gift cards sales and promoting special events.
• Collaboration : Work as a cohesive team, always providing helping hands to ensure the smooth execution of service and creating a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Guest Feedback : Receive and attend to guest feedback in a respectful and action-oriented manner, addressing concerns promptly and taking steps to enhance their overall experience.
• Compliance : Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.
