Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs within the mining industry to develop targeted business strategies
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their technical and commercial needs
Manage and grow sales pipelines, execute sales strategies, and perform routine sales activities including negotiations and client coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related disciplines
At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in the mining sector, specifically with power systems or heavy equipment
Strong interest in the green energy industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Good command of PC skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges
