WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Here at Ayzenberg, we’re all about creating and sharing brand stories. As an Engagement Manager , you will learn from the best in the business and more importantly, you will get to contribute and share your ideas.

Your hands will be in every function of Social Media, including client service, project management, strategy, content creation, and analytics.

The Engagement Manager will work closely with a core team to support the execution of Social Media evergreen content to support the channels, events, and potential campaign initiatives.

This person will have excellent attention to detail, be dependable, and possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks, while meeting tight deadlines, all with a smile.

This role will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning, operation, and deployment of content, specifically finding moments in culture, news, and trends, etc.

and engaging with the community on social media channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • React and engage with the community during key moments, ensuring voice and tone reflect the brand.
  • Assess content performance to provide the broader team with strategic direction and guidance.
  • Write replies that are on brand and have ideas to meaningfully engage with the gaming community.
  • Support management of the execution of compelling, forward-thinking social media strategies and plans for a global brand in the gaming space.
  • Manage day-to-day social media calendar for immediate and future projects.
  • Utilize social media management tools across various social networks.
  • Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and status with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Develop and foster strong working relationships with internal and external teams (Account, Project Management, Creative, and Analytics).
  • Use tools and technology to optimize social content creation performance and identify the most appropriate volume, channels, cadence for campaign beats.
  • Assist with preparation, drafts and / or circulation of client-facing materials : agendas, call notes, research projects, calendars, etc.

  • Conduct and compile research.
  • Upload, organize and manage assets, documentation, rounds, approvals, and more.
  • Occasionally publish Social Media content.

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE :

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about video games. Experience working with video game brands / communities is a plus.
  • A degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or highly relevant work experience.
  • At least 2+ years standout professional experience with an advertising agency, marketing environment, or gaming publisher.
  • Experience leveraging insights and data to develop social channel content strategies, campaigns, and ideas.
  • Experience with and knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Threads, and awareness of emerging social platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Want to have an impact and feel passionate about the work that you do.
  • Proactive, curious, and constantly looking to learn more.
  • Proven experience building and managing social media engagement for established brands on existing and emerging social platforms.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in innovative social media marketing, cultural trends and techniques.
  • Deep passion and understanding of current cultural trends and finding the right moments to maximize them in social media
  • Experience working with digital and social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically.
