Reporting to the Head Coach, Women's Rowing, the Assistant Coach will assist in the organization, planning, and coaching of all practices and regattas with the varsity rowing team. This position provides additional support for the freshmen / novice team and takes ownership of the recruiting process.
This position requires frequent travel, as well as evening and weekend hours.
