Looking for a rewarding contract RN role in Lillington, NC? Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a compassionate Home Health RN for a 13-week full-time assignment. Open to local and travel nurses, this role provides high-quality in-home care to adult and geriatric patients, supporting their independence and overall well-being.

Job Details :

  • Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing
  • Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Location : Lillington, NC, and surrounding areas
  • Duration : 13-week contract, with possibility of extension
  • Hours : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
  • Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 visitsper week
  • Pay : Negotiable with the client based on the territory budget, and candidate experience; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay
  • Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401 (k) after 90 days
  • Mileage Reimbursement : .38c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

    • Job Duties :

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Active North CarolinaRegistered Nurse (RN)license.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase.
  • Proficiency in Oasis.
  • Reliable transportation for patient visits.
  • Completion of the Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
