SES MARKETING GROUP is looking for Independent Sales Representatives. Be a part of an established 38-year-old company in the Hospitality Industry by providing multiple service programs for the Hotel, College, School and Health Industries.
You must have an Entrepreneurial Spirit, reliable transportation and be ready to begin training while completing your first project in 15 to 30 days.
We are offering a generous commission and bonus program. There is no limit to what you can earn.
Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates must reside in the local surrounding areas to include Boynton Beach , Pompano Beach, West Palm Beach or Delray Beach.
Hours / Schedule : Part-time, must have reliable transportation
Compensation :
1099, uncapped commission

Position Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize and be competent with Google Docs and Microsoft Office products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Be great at selling on the phone
Position Requirements :
- Proven experience in inside or outside local sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Experience with outbound calling
- Comfortable making calls to potential customers
- Knowledge of Digital Ad Sales and Digital Marketing
- Proven hunter
- Excellent writing skills
