Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee capital improvement projects in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project cycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project risks and issues, making timely decisions to mitigate any potential adverse impacts.
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Track project metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality, and develop reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management with a focus on capital improvements.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proven experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale construction projects.
- Nice to have skills : Experience with TI, Renovations, Project Manager, Apartments, Retail, Commercial.
