Key Responsibilities :

• Providing customer support.
• Developing creative solutions to customer issues.
• Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process.
• Determining when hospital request requires escalation, based on complexity of request or high priority need.
• Solving customer complaints and document them in the CRM system.
• Coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, CS, DR and AR if needed) to ensure provision of 100% service level to the customers while ensuring all company quality and revenue recognition polices are met.
• Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
• Engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships.
• Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology.
• Supporting the sales department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
• Researching responses with sales.
• Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules.
