Key Responsibilities :
- Providing customer support.
- Developing creative solutions to customer issues.
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process.
- Determining when hospital request requires escalation, based on complexity of request or high priority need.
- Solving customer complaints and document them in the CRM system.
- Coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, CS, DR and AR if needed) to ensure provision of 100% service level to the customers while ensuring all company quality and revenue recognition polices are met.
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships.
- Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology.
- Supporting the sales department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
- Researching responses with sales.
- Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules.
