What Youll Do

  • Team Player : Pitch in wherever neededfront counter, blender station, restocking, dish-up, clean-up.
  • Guest Experience : Greet every guest with a genuine smile, listen to their needs, and ensure they leave happier than they arrived.
  • Product Quality : Learn and follow our recipes to craft bowls, shakes, waffles and coffees consistently and with care.
  • Station Care : Keep your station fully stocked and pristine; follow all food-safety and sanitation protocols.
  • POS & Communication : Take orders accurately, operate our POS system for payments, handle cash and card and keep the team informed of rushes or special requests.
  • Flexibility : Cover varied shiftsincluding early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidaysand share your availability upfront.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay  : Based on experience  $1517 / hour guaranteed minimum (in wages plus tips)
  • Overtime : 1.5 your regular rate for hours over 40 / week (per MA law)
  • Free Water on every shift

  • Growth Path : Opportunities to train as Lead or Supervisor as we expand
