  • ? What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager in Training or Shift Lead, you’ll support the Store Manager in creating a smooth, high-performing operation while keeping the energy high and the drinks flowing.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Leading shifts with confidence and positivity, ensuring team alignment and guest satisfaction
  • Supporting store goals in labor %, COGS%, ticket growth, guest count, and food safety compliance
  • Assisting with daily deposits, inventory counts, and product ordering
  • Coaching baristas and reinforcing training standards during shifts
  • Jumping in to greet guests, craft drinks, and keep the store sparkling clean
  • Monitoring shift performance and communicating wins and opportunities to the manager
  • Helping implement upselling tools and guest engagement strategies
