Internal Medicine Opportunities - Upper Midwest (Minnesota & Wisconsin)!!
Northern Wisconsin - on Lake Superior
- BC / BE Internal Medicine
- Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to the Hospital
- Weekend call is 1 : 8. One of the 8 weekends is part of a week of hospital inpatient coverage so 7 of the 8 weekends does not involve inpatient coverage. Weeknight call 1 : 7.
- Multi-specialty group that consists of 3 FP, 4 IM, 1 IM / Peds, 5-NP / PA, 1 Psychotherapist and over 20 outreach specialists.
- Nurse-on-line triage 24 / 7.
- Inpatient and outpatient Electronic Health Record system.
- Admit to Hospital, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER.
Transfers complex cases to the Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic).
- Physician led, professionally managed organization.

- Minimum 6-weeks time off per year.

2 hours north of Minneapolis, MN - Flexible practice and hours
- Flexible practice option. Full-scope practice 20% inpatient / 80% outpatient or Clinic Only
- Flexible and adjustable hours (clinic is open 7am 8pm M-W; 7am-5pm Th-F)
- Admit to MedicalCenter (380 beds) and other Medical Center (165 beds)
- Hospitals connected to clinic via fully-enclosed skyway system
- 24 hour Nurse-on-Line
- RN nurse triage office support
- Nursing home rounds optional
- Electronic medical records
- Call supported by hospitalists
- Shared call 1 : 5
