A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for employee assistance, employer benefits, and behavioral health benefits
Assess client needs, triage calls, and communicate information regarding EAP / Worklife services
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service and call center experience
1 year of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Must be able to work Mon-Fri 2p-1030p Eastern
High school diploma or equivalent required
